Bike sharing without all the fuss

Looks like a group of students started a bike sharing program in Washington DC using cell phones being called “the first stationless smart bike sharing program in North America.” It’s called: WeBike.

Hmmm, I mean really what kind of system could be successful, started on a college campus?
